The Website provides the following service: Online shopping (“YOUR ROOM ON THE ROAD LLC”). Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Website from time to time, are hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

YOUR ROOM ON THE ROAD LLC makes no representation that the Website is appropriate or available in other locations other than where it is operated by YOUR ROOM ON THE ROAD LLC The information provided on the Website is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject YOUR ROOM ON THE ROAD LLC to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Purchases - payment info

YOUR ROOM ON THE ROAD LLC bills you through an online billing account for purchases of products and/or services. You agree to pay YOUR ROOM ON THE ROAD LLC all charges at the prices then in effect for the products you or other persons using your billing account may purchase, and you authorize YOUR ROOM ON THE ROAD LLC to charge your chosen payment provider for any such purchases. You agree to make payment using that selected payment method. YOUR ROOM ON THE ROAD LLC reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. Sales tax will be added to the sales price of purchases as deemed required by YOUR ROOM ON THE ROAD LLC. YOUR ROOM ON THE ROAD LLC may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

Warranty

REFUNDS | CANCELLATIONS

Room On The Road does not accept refunds, cancellations, or returns. Our furniture is built to order and the process begins as soon as payment is received. Changes to your product may not be made after purchase. Please double check the details of your order before submitting.

DAMAGES | REPAIRS

If you receive a piece of furniture that is damaged upon arrival, you must note on the POD (Proof of Delivery) at time of delivery. Customers must report damage within 72 hours. Please include pictures in your email reporting damaged items. Depending on the damage we’ll coordinate the necessary repair or replacement. The customer is not responsible for shipping charges for the return of damaged items or replacements sent.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Each piece comes with Care Instructions to help you get the most out of your handcrafted furniture. Our products only get better with time and, with proper care, will last for generations to come.

Room On The Road Guarantee: We guarantee our furniture for the first two years, and will replace items if issues occur and proper care conditions were kept — as recommended upon arrival of the item(s). Because we are working with solid wood, there is always a small chance of checking, as the wood expands and contracts with changes in humidity. Room On The Road will not replace damages created by the user or if proper care instructions for the product were not followed. Room On The Road is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of our products. If the furniture is shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states, the warranty will be void.
